Science for the Future of Mankind

The Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand is an important national event which is organized annually. It is the biggest science and technology conference in Thailand with more than two thousands of participants from Thailand and abroad, attending the conference each year. The aim of the congress is to bring together national and international scientists and technologists as well as young Thai scientists from vast areas of science and technology and to give them an opportunity to share and exchange their experiences. Typically, the congress Premier Keynote Lecture is from a Nobel Laureate in Science and Technology, followed by several renowned invited speakers, panel discussions and a thousand of contributed papers from various areas of Science and Technology to be presented orally or in the form of posters. In addition, the congress arranges the presentation of Thailand 2012 outstanding and young scientist awards winners, as well as the Innovation Awards– an exhibition of prize-winning high school students inventions, a science forum for children and youths, and an exhibition of advanced scientific and technological instruments from over a hundred suppliers.
